Fee guideline A session is 45 mins, duration for individual counselling $180.
Do you provide insurance Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance or Medicare at this point. My Services are paid only via private pay basis.
Booking eligibility as an international student This service is available to international students currently enrolled in an education institution. Proof of enrolment may be requested.
Do you provide Visa or migration advise? No. Counselling focuses on emotional wellbeing and coping support. Migration, legal or academic decision making advice is not provided.
Do I need a referral? No, a referral is not required.
Location All appointments are online.
Cancellation Policy Please provide 24 business hours notice prior to your appointment time if you are needing to cancel, otherwise you will be charged for non-attendance fees.
How many sessions will I need? This depends on your goals and circumstances. Some individuals benefit from a few focused sessions, while others prefer ongoing support
Feeling unsure if you need to start counselling? This is normal, as the initial step to find support is always the hardest, however counselling can provide growth and clarify to find the change you are after.
