Hello? thank you for dropping by. My name is Esther; I am social worker by profession with an extensive experience in providing support through counseling via telehealth. I provide a safe and empathic space that is safe and holistic.
I work with individuals who face traumatic challenges such a as immigration trauma, cultural identity crisis trauma, childhood trauma, domestic/family violence and sexual assault which have been my main field of focus.
I work with adults and teens.
I have had the opportunity to work in both NGOS and mental health government settings. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from different cultural background. I am a member of Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)

My therapeutic approach
Person centered ​
As a CaLD person in the counselling space, I utilize person-centered approach to support people in their life curves resulting to self-actualization. I know from firsthand experience how taxing it can be to be alone and navigate a new country. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to talk through your thoughts and feelings and support you with various issues such as, family and domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, historical childhood abuse and depression.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Integrative
As a social worker and counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic approaches to help provide support to individuals based on each need and presentation. These approaches are Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy and trauma informed therapy, solution focused, empowerment approach among others.
